By commissioning me, you agree to the following things.

I. General
1. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue any commission.
2. I reserve the right to publish my work on my social media and on this website.

II. Payment and refunds
1. All payments will be done using PayPal.
2. In order for me to start working, the client must pay the full price of the assets they've chosen.
3. Don't send me money until I confirm my availability.
4. A rush fee of 50%-100% of the total price will be applied to last second commissions (2 weeks of turnaorund time and under).
5. Any major changes desired after the initial agreement can be charged up to 50%-75% of the total price (e.g wanting an entirely different style)
6. Refunds after I send drafts are not allowed.
7. Refunds after completion of the commission are not allowed.

III. Work process
1. Clients are expected to contact me at least 4-5 weeks prior to their desired deadline. The sooner the better.
2. Once I'm contacted, we will discuss your idea and expectations to see if I can do the job.
3. Clients aren't obligated but adviced to gather visual references or at least have an idea in mind of what they want.
4. I will start working on a commission once the payment has been confirmed.
5. Each asset draft of the commission will be sent within 2-3 weeks from each other.
6. Each asset of a commission has 2 major revisions and unlimited minor revisions included. Any extra revision will be charged up to 10-20 euros. (Revisions do not apply for SKEB style commissions)
7. All assets will be sent after the client has approved all of the drafts I have sent them.
8. Files can be delivered through discord, google drive or email, any alternative ways of delivery are also welcome.

5. Using my work for NFT or AI training is strictly prohibited.

Your money helps me fund things like my education, my living expenses and the adobe subscription fees I pay in order to make your ideas come to life!
Can I commission you for something that isn't listed?
Of course! You can message me on discord so we can discuss what you need and I'll give you a price depending on the workload it will take.
What do you need in order to get started?
Other than payment, I really appreciate being given the dates and format of the tournament, as well as any visual references that could show what you're looking for.

Other than implementing the things I already know, like colour theory, composition and typography, I also spend time doing competitor research for similar tournaments to yours, as well as analysing various visual references to better understand the style you've requested.
